Our Story
The XS Edit is a curated second‑hand pop‑up featuring gently used XS and petite clothing from my own wardrobe. We show up at markets around Ottawa with pieces that deserve a second life—minimalist, well‑made, and thoughtfully chosen.
As the business grows, The XS Edit is becoming a collaborative space. We welcome other professional women to share the booth, bring curated items from their own closets, and connect with a community that values intention, creativity, and mentorship.
This is a business in development — built slowly, honestly, and with the belief that when women share space and support one another, everyone benefits.
Why We Started This
We started The XS Edit because our founder had always loved curating to her own wardrobe — choosing pieces that fit her frame, lifestyle, and values. Over time, she realized that many of the items she no longer wore were still beautiful, still useful, and still deserving of a second life.
As an XS/petite woman, finding clothing that fits can be a challenge. She wanted to create a space where other women like her could find pieces that feel intentional, well‑made, and wearable.
But she also wanted something more than a clothing rack.
She wanted a space where women could collaborate, share resources, and support one another. A space where emerging professionals and artists could join her, bring pieces from their own wardrobes, and gain visibility without needing to run a booth alone.
The XS Edit is her way of blending sustainability, community, and mentorship, and building something slowly, honestly, and with intention.
